The demand of GKP rises with the increasing population. National demand of sugar comprises of direct consumption (household) and indirect needs (food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries). In the last five years, the demand for sugar in household consumption has been relatively stable. In contrast, the demand for industrial sugar is increasing and the overall demand for sugar surpasses national sugar production.</p> <p>Efforts made by the government at this time including importing sugar and preparing for the achievement of self-sufficiency in household sugar consumption scheduled for 2019. Implementing both policies are challenging due to the declines in ​​sugarcane fields and productivity. Our Dutch-heritage factories must be revitalized whereas building a new sugar factory (PG) is costly as well as research. Negligence or lack of perfection of protection against seawater corrosion attacks will be very detrimental. One way to reduce greater losses due to corrosion attacks is by passive prevention. Passive prevention is by painting. Painting the vessel / floating tool aims to complicate or inhibit the occurrence of symptoms of growth and development of the occurrence of corrosion.</p> <p>Implementation of ship painting is carried out in two (2) stages of activities, namely cleaning the ship's body and continuing painting. The type of research used in this study is exploration research. The population in this study were all permanent employees who gathered 40 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis, inferential statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that both physical and non-physical work environments were positively and significantly related to employee work boredom at the Yogyakarta Maritime Academy.</em></p> 2019-07-03T08:40:17+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement## Simulasi Pelayanan Terminal Petikemas dalam Bidang Receiving Cargo Berbasis Software Sparkol Videoscribe 2019-07-03T10:36:09+00:00 Suyanti Suyanti Cahya Purnomo <p><em>This study examines the implementation of learning media development using videoscribe sparkol in order to improve student learning outcomes in Container Management Courses at the Yogyakarta Commercial Shipping Maritime Academy Study Program.</em><em>This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach. Data and information collection was carried out using observation, questionnaires and documentation studies. The method used by researchers is Design and Development Research with ADDIE research procedures (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data was tested using N-Gain analysis.</em><em>The results of the study concluded that the implementation of learning media development using videoscribe sparkol can improve student learning outcomes. This can be seen from two facts, namely: 1) Based on the results of media expert validation, technical quality assessment obtained results 67.50% in the good category and the media aspect value results 77.88% included in the excellent category. Based on the results of the material expert validation, the results of media aspect assessment is 86.11% and the result of material conformity aspects were 81.25%. Both aspects were included in the excellent category. 2) There is an increase in the average value of interest in learning cadets before and after using videoscribe sparkol media, from 64.67 to 79.67.
